About

At the core of the NOVA experience is the belief that profound learning begins with secure relationships. We have cultivated a warm, inclusive sanctuary where every child is recognized, celebrated, and deeply connected. By maintaining a transparent and supportive partnership with our families, we ensure a seamless bridge between home and school life, honoring the unique trajectory of each child’s development.

From the tactile wonder of the garden to the narrative depth of puppetry and peaceful reflection, our daily rhythms are intentionally designed to spark imagination and foster authentic growth.

A Sophisticated, Hybrid Pedagogical Framework

Our Early Years program is defined by a rigorous yet flexible hybrid pedagogy. We have synthesized the foundational independence of Montessori, the creative rhythms of Waldorf, and the investigative, project-based spirit of Reggio Emilia.

These philosophies are elegantly harmonized with a modern interpretation of the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). By consciously moving beyond restrictive, traditional conventions, we offer a learning environment that is uniquely responsive to the developmental nuances of the 21st-century learner.

Pillars of the Early Years Experience

  • Holistic and Individualized Development: We believe that intellectual progress is inseparable from emotional and physical wellbeing. Our curriculum nurtures every facet of a child’s growth, providing the space for them to cultivate autonomy and self-expression at a pace that respects their individuality.
  • An Experiential, Play-Based Curriculum: In these formative years, play is the most sophisticated form of research. Through immersive storytelling, musical exploration, and hands-on discovery, children build meaningful cognitive connections with the world around them and with their peers.
  • Cultivating Community and Citizenship: Within each cohort, we foster an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual respect. Through cooperative learning and shared experiences, our students develop the empathy, leadership, and interpersonal confidence that form the bedrock of a compassionate global citizen.
